So what are the top diet plans been offered on the Internet today? Well it all comes down to a matter of preference and ones own needs. Do you want to loose weight quickly? or over a space of time? Would you prefer the diet plan to involve mostly exercise or not? A diet plan were you have to cut out the carbs or stick to raw foods. Go on a detox diet or even eat nothing but cabbage soup!! The list of questions is endless and if you don’t know exactly what it is your wanting, it can put you off looking altogether. So here at Easy diets we’ve decided to put up a list of 3 top diet plans that between us, family and friends have tried and tested.
1) Burn the fat, feed the muscles diet.
A lengthy title for a diet plan we know, but once into it, it’s actually quite hard to pick a fault with it. Written by a lifetime, personal trainer and Nutritionist, in his short but straight to the point book, he teaches how to combine certain foods with low stress exercises to charge up your metabolism, witch burns away body fat, leading to you having a more lean, toned body. The book also points out were other so called top diet plans are going wrong, and how that in the long term they usually do more harm than good.

Another strange name for a diet plan, we know, but once again, when the evidence is seen its hard to not notice. The creator of this diet lost 42 lbs and his wife over 59lbs in just a couple of months, and even won an award for best dieter! It was a little hard to believe all the hype at first, but after seeing the results for ourselves we were more than impressed. The great thing about the fat burning furnice diet is how you don’t have to spend time, counting calories, going to the gym or preparing meals out of foods you’ve never even heard of, and witch looks like it came from an aliens banquet. Definitely recommended.
